The DSP HS5 high voltage tester is a two pole voltage tester in compact design for use in narrow substations. Voltage test can be performed quick and easy to opperate up to 5 kV AC / 7 kV DC.
Succeeding the high-voltage test probes DSP HS-5 the MultiSafe DSP HS5 is a complete high-voltage tester and has a built in self-test. Due to clear signals and only one button, operating errors are minimized. The high voltage tester
automatically adapts to the test voltage AC / DC and additionally shows the mains frequency in the second display line.

Our normal shipping days are Monday – Friday . We only ship to the verified address given in PayPal payment. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct.  If you wish to have your item shipped to a different address you will need to first change your address in PayPal before purchasing.
Items will be shipped from Russia via international registered mail within 2-3 business days after payment is received and verified.
In some cases we use courier services like DHL etc.

Returns policy:
We must be notified within 30 days from the date buyer has received item(s) (except “As Is” items) to qualify for any type of exchange/refund.
If item(s) is DOA, then we will refund 100% of the money you paid once the item(s) is returned back to us. Item(s) must be in the same condition as we have shipped out.
If it is NOT DOA, then we will refund 80% of the money you paid once the item(s) is returned back to us. We do charge a 20% of restocking fee. Item(s) must be in the same condition as we have shipped out.
Buyer pays for all other shipping fees for any type of returns.
If the condition of the item was sold is “As Is” then you can not exchange the item nor qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for ANY problems with item(s) sold “As Is” unless a wrong shipment was received.
We do not accept returns or complaints from buyers regarding additional items that were not included in the item description, so don’t hesitate to ask me a questions before purchasing if you don’t see something you need on photos or in description, we’ll figure it out.
