Returns:
All single trading cards/graded cards are final sales and we do not offer returns.
We accept returns on all other items at the buyer's expense (buyer must pay return shipping). If you received the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please send us photos. The photos help us make a claim with the postal service used. We will work with any buyer who receives a damaged item on an exchange or refund.
Any new items returned must be returned as new and unopened. Once opened, any return or exchange is voided. Any used or opened item may be returned within 14 days at buyers expense as long as it remains in the same condition we shipped it in.
We do not refund any buyer until our product is returned to us and we have verified that it is the same item and in the same condition that we shipped it. We take detailed photos and videos to avoid scams, so if we do not receive the same item or the same condition, we will not refund and will provide eBay with all evidence of the condition and shipping of the item.
