Item Description
Crystaltex glazes produce exciting, unpredictable multicolor effects. Ready-to-use, liquid glazes feature one basic color mottled with a variety of contrasting colors. Crystals create bursts of color which constrast and blend with the base glaze, resulting in a spontaneous range of color. Controlled effects can be achieved by brushing or placing crystals where desired. Crystals fan out on horizontal surfaces and run on vertical surfaces. Fire to Cone 06-05; best results are obtained when fired to Cone 05. Must be applied on mature Cone 04 bisque. 12 pint jars: purple blaze, magnolia jewel, summer mango, firecracker, azurite, sun & sea, ultramarine jewel, brown earth, ginger bread, sassy saffron, moody blue and lava. All colors are free of lead and cadmium and are AP Seal, non-toxic. All are food safe except sassy saffron.
