    Replaces HPI Part #113706
    ***ATTENTION!!!***
    This is a 48 pitch gear that replicates the stock plastic piece.
    A brass pinion is recommended to run with this gear.  The reason for this is because, if you run a steel pinion, the risk of failure for the gear is increased.  I would rather replace a - pinion than a spur gear.

    I machined this 48 pitch, 66 tooth gear from 303 Stainless Steel. Works great and will last (see note above)! Please remember to set your mesh so that the gear and pinion are parallel and perpendicular to assure best performance.
